Consumer & connected products
Consumer products across every screen, and the hardware they connect to.
Streaming, companion apps, wearables and play, from first concept to shelf.
What’s different here
- 01
Retention is the business. Chain-play, onboarding and habit loops decide the economics.
- 02
Every screen at once. Web, iOS, Android and TV have to feel like one product. With a remote, a thumb or a cursor.
- 03
Hardware doesn’t patch. Firmware, app and device ship together, certified per country, on a factory schedule.
- 04
Play has rules. Delight is engineered; physical and digital have to reinforce each other.
What we’ve done
Designed responsive UX for a broadcaster’s streaming service across web, iOS, Android and TV, redesigned chain-play to reduce churn, and led a full-platform rebrand and design-system migration.
Designed features and multi-region design-system governance for a car maker’s companion app.
Took a connected activity tracker for dogs from concept through hardware, packaging, certification and manufacture.
Worked in a toy company’s advanced-technology unit, prototyping physical-digital play concepts and designing internal platforms.
What we bring
- Cross-platform product design (web, mobile, TV and devices)
- Onboarding, retention and subscription flows
- Hardware-plus-app experience design
- Rebrands carried through product
- Concept-to-manufacture product leadership
Principles
The second session matters more than the first.
One product, however many screens.
If it ships in a box, design for the day it can’t be updated.
