Every engagement is led by a principal with fifteen years of product and design leadership across automotive, healthcare, fintech and consumer products, work that has shipped in vehicles, on hospital wards, on trading desks and in living rooms. Around that lead, the studio assembles senior researchers, designers and engineers for the problem at hand. There are no junior hand-offs and no account layer: you work with the people doing the work.
